Interview
It takes 3 days to determine the interview time, The Hiring team was nice, mainly talking about my previous internship experience and capstone project in my final year. They said will let me know the results after 2 weeks, but I didn't hear anything after 2 weeks. I sent follow-up emails to both HR and the hiring team but still no reply. They don't even want to spend a minute writing a rejection letter. I was so disappointed.
Virtual and straightforward. For juniors and new grads they want to see you soft skills and your willingness to take on new challenges, and communicate clearly. I had only one interview. It was straightforward.

Interview
It did take a long time to finish the process and get to the offer stage but was very technical and they knew what they wanted precisely which give a good impression of the company.
