Interview
It was a strange experience. I had a video interview, but I was under pressure because there was just a minute to answer the question and I tried to be relaxed but sometimes I couldn't do it because the time was running out and I had to finalized my answers. There were 7 questions.

4. Why did you choose civil engineering?
5. Did you have any traineeship? What did you learn?
It was a 30min virtual interview with bridge engineers. They did not asked technical questions about the course work or software at this stage. The questions were easy yet tricky.

Tell me about your internship experience.
What is the subject you enjoyed the most in your school?
My interviewer went through his list of questions. Mostly behavioural - asking how you'd deal with stakeholders and how you'd manage tasks etc. You need to sell yourself. Don't forget to think in advance what makes you stand out from other candidates. Got the offers from other companies first so I withdrawn
First step: Video interview which included a set of questions with timed responses.
Second step: Face to face interview with two members of the team I would join if successful.
