applied online, then was asked for video interview. Weird set up of recording yourself, not live, speaking to the camera, timed for 30 seconds each question, with only one chance to record yourself. I ended up being asked general questions. Main thing I would say is get the lighting right for the video, dress smartly, think about the interview from a business point of view and how you can add value to the company rather than how experienced and skilled you are technically. That's not what you need to be an apprentice. You just need to sound driven. Questions below. Can't remember all the questions, i did it a while ago.
