Phone interview then two rounds in person. Some behavioral questions but mostly conversational. Responses were timely at each phase from the recruiter. The background check process is a bit time consuming.

The interview process was not drawn out and the interview panel was friendly and engaging. It felt very comfortable and they asked very relevant questions. Nothing felt like a trick or a game like I have experience with some other companies.

Straightforward: you apply, you are shortlisted for an interview, you meet the hiring manager. There was only one round of interview. If you pass the interview round, you will discuss your offer with HR.
