Interview
You usually have an introductory chat with your would-be supervisor, and then they bring you in for a more formal/standard interview. After that you take a writing, editing and knowledge test.

Question 1
They asked me about managing multiple assignments at once -- for example, how would I delegate tasks when there's a major traffic accident on a highway, a recent shooting in the city and copy from an assigned story that was just filed.

Interview
Only sent in my resume and had a single Zoom interview. The interviewer really only asked about things I had on my resume and my overall interest in journalism. It was a nice conversation that lasted about 40 minutes.
Came in for two in-person interviews after being contacted on LinkedIn. Very transparent, interesting, pleasant conversations with interviewers who were very forthcoming about what the job entailed/why they were interested in me.
