I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at WTW in July 2009
Interview
Why do you want to be an actuary?
What do you think actuaries do?
What made you interested in this position?
Give an anecdote about a time where you were flexible with different managers.
How do you prioritize your work? (this one is of particular importance at Towers Watson and should be thought of in terms of the amount of time need for someone to get back to you on a particular issue as well as urgency)
multiple stages ranging from video assessment, technical in office round test round, technical round. all rounds being eliminatory. questions asked are very technical in nature and requires good concept clarity.

Did a HireVue, but didn't get a response back yet. Had about 2 minutes to respond to each question. I only had 1 attempt which was stressful. If I were to do it again, I would practice in a mirror.
