The process was a phone interview prior to a one on one interview with a couple different associates. The interview extensively covers expertise, personality, and behavioral based questions. Each interviewer asked different questions to cover a wide scope.

The overall interview process was an enjoyable experience. After my initial phone interview, a formal interview was scheduled for a few days later. I felt a bit rushed to schedule the interview but they were flexible with meeting times and were willing to work with my schedule. I was interviewed by two people - one in person while one was on the phone. Both were very welcoming and created a very comfortable setting and an interactive conversation. It was a behavioral interview with reference to past experience and I did not feel rushed to give an answer if I needed a few minutes to collect my thoughts.
