I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at WTW
Interview
Two interviews. Some generic questioning and then a request for me to walk through a couple of pieces of work that I had lead.
One to one interviews were the main approach and they were no more than an hour each time (no after interview follow ups were required for either).
Overall, quite professional and effective.

Question 1
Scenario based upon an existing project in difficult; how would I address it and get the work back on course. Some challenges were received ("we tried that and..." etc) but not much more.
I had 2 interviews with the department I would be working with that were quick and concise. They focused on straight to the point questions while still maintaining a conversational tone.
