Very poor experience. I first had a telephonic interview upon selection was called for in person interview. I was told that it will be my final interview and will meet a certain person, upon arrival for interview the person who should have been there to interview me was not available and I was interviewed by two other guys who had no clue if was a final interview or if there was another. Next day got a call from consultant that the feedback was very positive and they want me to meet the guy who I was supposed to meet earlier was asked for a convenient dates. Now comes the change, the recruiter calls up again and says they have now change the job spec and do not want to pursue further with my application. Is this a joke? Such a disgrace for so called 'big' company. They do not even know their requirement and start interviewing people and wasting precious time. Even in the interview they never spoke about the new requirement on which I actually do have the experience. Completely lost trust on the company.
