I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at WTW (London, England) in Mar 2017
Interview
My entire process took about 6 weeks, but some others at the assessment centre said theirs had dragged on for months. The interview at the assessment centre was 2 on 1 , comprising of typical competency questions.

Question 1
Are you aware of any recent developments in the news that may impact this field?
Long, back to back 45 minutes interviews with employees. Ask mostly about behavioural questions and your knowledge about the industry and position. Then there is an assessment that you do after the interview, it’s a short case study.

Question 1
Why rewards consultant instead of management consultant?
An initial HireVue interview, though what makes me mark this is a negative experience was the fact that there was no mention of a French language requirement on the posting or in the emails leading up to the interview. When I started the HireVue interview, I was caught off-guard at the majority French questions asked. Though this is to be expected for a Montreal posting, I was not informed in the posting, the emails, or at the beginning of the interview itself that it would be conducted in French.
