Just wanted to highlight a bad experience 3 months ago at Wilis Towers Watson when i was called for an interview for a TL post.
First of all the person scheduled to conduct the interview did not come and sent his subordinate instead. Then the interview was ended abruptly in 2 minutes as he got a call. He did not even read my CV or ask any professional details, all that happened was just an introduction of himself before he left abruptly in 2 minutes.
Its really funny that this person who has even less than half my expedience rejects me without even a proper interview or reading of my CV. Surely this person needs more etiquette in dealing with experienced job-seekers. His personal preference should not be a barrier to the organization recruiting talented experienced professionals.
Such attitude by this person reflects badly on the company as they do not know how to treat experienced professionals after calling them for an interview and rejecting without even conducting an interview correctly. If such behavior by their staff in this manner continues they will not be able to attract the best talent.
