I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at WTW (Bangkok) in July 2022
Interview
After sending out a resume, the interviewer will contact you if your resume is good enough, I recommend Canva for finding an appealing and clean template.
During the interview, the person asking question wasn't expecting much from you about the technical knowledge, since that's your goal to come and learn those from your internship. So they will just try to get to know you and see if you will fit in with their team or not.
Interview questions [1]

Interview
A pesar de que fue una entrevista telefónica, la reclutadora fue muy amable y clara en la explicación del puesto. Se recomienda tener mayor información sobre el alcance de la vacante.
