6-7 online tests and they are basically based on your own experience and why u want to work there. No any academic questions in WTW online test. They are general.

Interview
It's online process, they use system called hirevue, relatively similar to other hirevue interview questions. Motivational and behavioural interview. You need to prepare a few personal experience to answer I guess it's better use STAR model.

Question 1
1. why want to work at WTW and what excites you about this specific role? 2. Describe a time you set challenging goals for a project and what did you do to achieve these goals 3. A situation in which you needed to make an important decision quickly, but were faced with conflicting information from multiple sources. 4. A specific time you joined a team and work with them to accomplish a common goal. 5. A time you had to learn a new skill and describe the steps you took to make sure you are successful 6. A time when you had to work extreme lying hard on a project or task until you achieved it 7. A time you had a list of tasks and had to decide which were the most important to do first.
Video interview - consisted of 2 writing tasks, where you are given 6 minutes each to answer a situational question and 1 other. Also 2 video-based questions which 1 was situational-question based and 1 other.
