Interview is very standard; 3 competency-base questions regarding collaboration, teamwork and innovation. 2 motivational questions regarding the company and the role you applied for. Interview is very straight forward and the questions are easy to answer - however, that was one of the rudest HR I have spoken to. Very unprofessional - literally interrupted me in every single question about 2 seconds after I started answering. They are asked to probe deeper into our answers but my interviewer did so very mechanically, and seemed very uninterested in what I had to say. It does not reflect well on the company at all, and I have very little incentive to work after the interview regardless of the outcome.
