I applied through university. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at WTW in Nov 2015
Interview
There were two interviews. One on campus interview with a senior employee, then one at the office. The one at the office was a panel interview with 4 managers and I was required to take a timed arithmetic test at the end. Everyone was friendly and the atmosphere was pretty relaxed. Confidence in yourself is a major factor.

I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at WTW in Nov 2015
Interview
Relaxing. Met with the Hiring Manager, 3 other managers, then ended with debrief with Hiring Manager. Questions were more behavioral based, only one about knowledge with Excel, the company. There were two 30-minute tests; one with easy arithmetic then one about calculating retirement plans and dates. Overall the experience was good.
