Interview
During my 1st interview impressed the hiring manager enough for him to fast track me to a C-level interviewer. Both interviews went well as per the very positive comments received by the end of each interviews. Both of the interviewers promised a quick follow-up. Then they ghosted me. Few weeks later HR called me, left me a message before a long weekend. Since it was a direct call I had hopes that I will be getting the offer. Only to receive the HR call after the long weekend informing me that I didn't get the job. That highlights a major problem with the company -- very insensitive HR approach (should have sent a rejection email, and definitely not call with bad news before the long weekend) + the chain of hiring managers could not keep the professional attitude that would at least offer an impartial conclusion of the interviews. Very disappointed, but happy to dodge the bullet.
Fairly standard and what you would expect from a consulting firm. HR screener, virtual screening and in person. met with 6 folks broken into pairs of two. Each pair questions you on a certain value topic; team work, excellence, etc.

Interview
Has been a very long process, and I have not received a lot of communication from the recruiting team or hiring manager. I will likely accept a different role because they are taking so long.
