Question 1
Own your resume and accomplishments and be fully fluent in your professional story and how it aligns with the role. Carefully review the job description and draw clear, specific parallels between your experience and the key responsibilities. Use "power specifics" — concise, descriptive examples that highlight your impact. Avoid vague generalities. When answering questions, stay focused and direct; include detail only when it's relevant and adds value to your response.
Human Resources phone screen was followed by in-person interviews with several team members at various levels of the organization. Each team member met with me individually on the same day.

Interview
I submitted my resume online and was called in by one of the VPs. She was amazing! We reviewed my resume. She asked me several questions about my experience. She introduced me to Senior Management and she explained the job description in complete detail. She was very personable and I could not have asked for a better interview.
