I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at WTW (Southfield, MI)
Interview
The interview itself wasn't hard at all. Everyone there was super friendly and it was more of a get to know you kind of interview. It felt more of a discussion rather than a formal interview. We even cracked jokes and talked about college football.
I applied online through their website and then was sent an email to complete an online generic skills and personality assessment, then a webcam interview, then a recruiter reached out via email to schedule an in-person interview. I interviewed with four different people and each of them were cool and friendly. I thought my interview went really well and was informed I should hear back in two weeks. This was apparently not the case. After emails sent back and forth between the recruiter and I, I did not receive word until two months after my interview. The company itself was very slow in responding to any sort of communication. When I finally did receive word back, the recruiter told me that they basically did not have enough open positions for new hires.

You're given this big set of data. What do you do with it to make it more presentable to other staff members, say your supervisor?
