      I applied online. I interviewed at WW Clyde

      Interview

      The recruiter scheduled a 15-minute phone screen with me, but asked almost 40 minutes worth of questions. He said they were interviewing 20-30 candidates for a coordinator level role. The recruiter emphasized that the person in the role will be measured against peers to determine who is "better" at xyz. It sounded like an uncomfortable working environment.
