Applied online then had a recruiter round and hr round, It was pretty straight forward process. Not too difficult. They focus more on culture fit and potential over technical aptitude. They like to develop their talent in house.
The first interview is just a 15 minute behavioral screening where they ask you to talk about your resume and maybe ask you some STAR questions. "What are some challenges you've encountered", "What clubs are you involved in on campus", etc.
