I applied online. I interviewed at Waeg, an IBM Company (Limerick, Limerick)
Interview
Thorough and quick. Met with recruiter who provided a good overview of the role, company and culture. Then met with CEO and incumbent HoM, followed by final interview with Head of HR.

Question 1
In-depth look into my experience running online campaigns.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Waeg, an IBM Company (Paris) in Apr 2023
Interview
The interview process is super chaotic. After the first round they gave a business case, add which was to en recorded and sent. Post that they scheduled next round of interview and on the same day they called me to inform that it was a mistake on their side. I get another call from them the next week and I am told that the recorded video presentation was shown to someone else as well (previously they rushed to the decision) in the practice and they liked it hence they would like to go further. A day before my interview I get another call and they say they can’t proceed with the interview as they would like proceed with another candidate. In short 0% professionalism and 100% chaos.

Question 1
It seems they are using the interview process to gather data and use the experience of technical candidates to solve their internal business cases.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Waeg, an IBM Company (Lisbon, Lisbon District) in July 2022
Interview
I was selected for an interview and I got an automatic email to choose a 60 min slot for a virtual coffee with a person from HR department. Super easy to schedule. The interview was quite friendly, I liked the vibe of the company. We discussed my experience, my ambitions, he made very interesting questions about my soft skills (what I think my colleagues would say about me, for instance) and we discussed the role I was applying for. He was quite transparent about the fact I might be too qualified for the position considering my current role and my salary expectations. I also asked if my range expectation overlapped their planned salary range, but I was told they don't have a definied budget. But my current range was too high though. I didn't get the chance to go to the technical interview phase because of this. But the recruiter was super nice and I liked the work they are developing.
