Interview
I meet the manager on a Tuesday and that Thursday I was hired by the district manager. It's a fairly simple meeting they just want to see what kind of a person you are.

If a customer needed your help while you were on break would you help them?
You go online and fill out the application then set up a time for an interview. Once selected they sent you a text with confirmation of your interview date and time . The interview is done inside the diner either at a booth or table , they do not do it in a back room or private setting so the outside commotion can be distracting,

Interview
Very easy. Felt like I was talking to a friend. He never made me feel nervous or pressured! He explained what he was looking for. And what the company was looking for in an employee. He went over the menu and answered all of my questions for me even ones I thought he might find stupid.
