Barely even had an interview process because I came highly recommended by a member of human resources within the company. They didn't really ask about experience or skills, mostly just wanted to know if I was available for any shift and holidays. Took a basic math test after the application.

Can you work any shift, including nights, weekends, and holidays?
You go online and fill out the application then set up a time for an interview. Once selected they sent you a text with confirmation of your interview date and time . The interview is done inside the diner either at a booth or table , they do not do it in a back room or private setting so the outside commotion can be distracting,

Interview
Very easy. Felt like I was talking to a friend. He never made me feel nervous or pressured! He explained what he was looking for. And what the company was looking for in an employee. He went over the menu and answered all of my questions for me even ones I thought he might find stupid.
