Interview
I was eating there on a sunny afternoon. I overheard the general manager saying that they were short on workers and that they need to hire some body. Since I was available, I asked can I work there and they asked for my availability. I told them and they asked me when I can start. I also offered the information and went to orientation the next week.
I completed the application online and I did a phone's screen as well as a video interview. I got a call to meet with district manager i got the job a week later

Interview
The interview process was fast and easy, and I really felt like the manager was a true genuine person. They were kind and friendly and made me feel less nervous about the process.
Sit with the manager. They ask basic questions. Example: Do you have a Criminal history ?, Have you ever worked for Waffle House before ?, What were your prior jobs?
