I applied in-person. I interviewed at Waffle House (New Orleans, LA) in June 2013
Interview
The interview was informal. There was food involved. It was gently raining outside, which provided a comforting acoustic backdrop to the pure poetry of the interview. The interview lasted naught but a brief ten minutes. "Can you serve waffles?" they asked. "Yes," I responded, rapturously. "Yes, I can."
Easy. Basically you walk in ask if there hiring which everyone is these days. You’ll get hired on spot no interview process at all everyone is so desperate . That’s why people come and go and can’t keep good employees because the good ones are having to do everyone’s work

Very easy going, made me feel comfortable. Questions were easy to answer, we even had a few laughs during the process. I'm glad I became an employee. Waffle House was definately a good employment option.
