The interview process is straightforward and to the point.
They asked about general information, your way of transportation, position, and experience level.
Waffle House is pretty accepting of everyone despite what background you may have. They are willing to work with criminal and substance/alcohol abuse individuals as long as they know you are trying to be better.
Quick. Same day interview with manager. Mostly discussed availability and cooking experience. Did not ask about prior jobs or convictions. Ultimately I cannot work weekends so this job is not for me.

Interview
Great. We spoke about waffles, hashbrowns, and eggs. Wonderful interview. I really want to work there. I love cooking food, making coffee and washing dishes. Mhmm. Cant wait to get hired.
