I walked in and the general manager gave me a sheet to go and apply, did the interview online then went back in the same day and gave her my application. She set me with the manager of the store and left.

What would you do if you and your employees are having miss communications.
You go online and fill out the application then set up a time for an interview. Once selected they sent you a text with confirmation of your interview date and time . The interview is done inside the diner either at a booth or table , they do not do it in a back room or private setting so the outside commotion can be distracting,

Interview
Very easy. Felt like I was talking to a friend. He never made me feel nervous or pressured! He explained what he was looking for. And what the company was looking for in an employee. He went over the menu and answered all of my questions for me even ones I thought he might find stupid.
