Wagmo interview questions

If you’re in a position where you need a job quickly, this wouldn’t be the company to apply to. Luckily, I’m in a position to take my time job interviewing but this process was almost two months long, spanned over SIX (6) interviews and ended with a case-study/presentation project that took an entire weekend to complete. I started my process with the external recruiter. She was great and was working to move me along quickly. Then met with the VP of Sales, a linear would-be colleague, CEO, Chief of Staff and finally an hour long presentation with all of those staff members. While all of my interviews were great, I was already frustrated with the entire process being dragged out but was being encouraged along the way from the recruiter that we were in the final stretch. After receiving ZERO negative feedback and an entire week after my final presentation, I finally get a call from the recruiter stating Wagmo was moving in another direction and quote “the timing just wasn’t right and they hope you apply again.” Overall, while I was excited at the potential to work at this company, the whole interview process was frustrating and time-consuming. Six interviews is excessive and they should let you know by interview two or three about the details of the presentation project you’d be expected to complete. It’s a full-time job looking for a job in this environment and asking a potential employee (that probably wasn’t going to get an offer) to work essentially without compensation is disrespectful.
