Very easy to navigate. The team was communicative, kind, and easy to work with throughout. I had a phone screen followed by an in person meeting, and then a written assessment to complete.

I had two 30 Zoom minute interviews with Casey the VP of Ops. He was really kind, supportive and gave me the floor to speak of my experiences. Asked open ended questions and was supportive in our dialogue. I didn’t get the job but he immediately sent me a very nice and thoughtful message explaining why they were moving forward with other applicants. Possibly the nicest response I’ve ever received as to why I didn’t get the position.

I met with 3 staff members and the owner. All of them were very kind but the time between each interview would be up to a month. It was about a 4 month process. I definitely understand they are busy so it didn't bother me, just know it could take some time.
