Interview process was simple and straightforward - filled out the paper application in the park office (best time to do so is late March or early April), and interviewed for the job then and there. It usually takes two or three weeks for them to call you if you got the job.

Question 1
The most difficult one to answer, for some, would be the typical "describe your greatest strength and weakness" question.
I applied in-person. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Waldameer Park (Erie, PA) in June 2010
Interview
There is virtually no interview, they may go over the requirements of the job and ask if you're capable of some of the tasks, or have any questions. You should apply as early as they allow though, in order to get the job for the entire season. Though if you should apply late, like in July, you MAY still get the job as turnover is extremely high.
