Interview
It is a mixture of professionalism and a laid back atmosphere. You do have to take a couple of tests to determine your skills but nothing you can not handle if you graduated school.

Super easy. Asks you about previous work history and why you would be a good fit for the company. Asks you what you would do in certain situations and how you would approve different scenarios.
