Very simple questions, questions like “When was a time when a customer was difficult to handle and how did you handle that situation?” Etc I dressed professional because it’s an interview and you don’t want to dress looking homeless, but don’t overdue it like a suit and tie.

It was an extremely easy interview process. I sat with the store manager for around 20 minutes. They have material they go through for the interview, almost like a workbook. You'll be asked questions about your work history, and how you handled certain customer service situations. You'll be asked about how you'd handle customer and employee escalations, and also times you made a customers day better.

The employer reviewed my resume and went over the position of a shift lead. They asked about my retail experience and experience managing a staff. At the end we did a walk through of the store.
