screening call with HR, zoom interview with hiring manager, zoom interview with department manager, home assgnment, HR interview. I'm VERY disappointed with the process. I felt that I was the only one responsible for managing the process in front of the company. After each phase the company/recruiter disappeared for more than a week, and I had to check in to understand my status. I got NO feedback for a home assignment I sent and invested a lot of hours planning and submitting. Finally, since I was on a parallel recruitment process with another company, I asked the recruiter for quicker feedback and updates, so I can make the best decision, and keeping WalkMe as a valid option on the table. Sadly, after my 3rd interview, with the HR reprehensive, and after specifically asking for the mentioned above, the company again disappeared.
