First of all, unfortunately, my experience with Whitney from HR was deeply disappointing. She set a poor first impression—one marked by a severe lack of professionalism. After indicating that I had progressed to the second round of interviews, she completely disappeared. Despite multiple follow-ups on my end, I never received any response or closure. Being misled and then ignored reflects poorly not just on her, but on the company as a whole. This is not the kind of treatment any candidate deserves.
Expect the basic (and insulting) "fresh-out-of-college" job interview questions, such as your strengths, weaknesses, etc. In the end, you just need to be able to share your Qualtrics experience. That's all they care about. The second you mention you don't have any experience with Qualtrics, you're done.
I applied online. I interviewed at Walker Information
Interview
I talked to the recruiter very briefly. I really didn't feel like enough thorough questions were asked. It was clear that I was qualified to overqualified for the position but I felt completely dismissed. I was told I would be contacted about what open position they wanted to interview me for and heard nothing! I had to follow up and then received a generic email notifying me they wouldn't be continuing with me in the process. Overall, I felt very devalued as a candidate. Communication as a whole really needs to be improved.
