Had the displeasure of interviewing here, was an extremely awkward group interview with three managers.
They were only interested in if I was a culture fit, no job specific questions were asked but was really interested in "personality fits". They asked a LOT of questions about ego? At one point the manager said, the "only one allowed to have an ego is me."
When I asked about the rest of their interview process they said it was a 3-4 interviews that Included interviewing with the CEO.
If your CEO is doing interviews for your company I would be concerned with why your CEO doesn't seem to trust his staff to hire the correct people.
Does your CEO not have anything else to do?
The process felt like they were just checking off boxes and had zero plans of actually hiring anyone.

Unprofessional and Disappointing Interview Process
I recently had a very disappointing experience with Walker Tape . After completing two rounds of interviews—a video interview and an in-person interview with the entire team—I was left completely in the dark. Despite being told that I would hear back within a week, I never received any communication, whether positive or negative.
The first video interview was straightforward, and I felt optimistic about the process. The second interview was an in-person meeting with the whole team, which took significant time and effort on my part. I prepared extensively, took time off work, and even traveled to their office, expecting a professional and respectful process.
Unfortunately, after the second interview,Walker Tape completely ghosted me. I followed up multiple times via email , but received no response. This kind of treatment is not only unprofessional but also incredibly discouraging. It shows a lack of respect for candidates who invest time and energy into their application process.
Ghosting candidates after multiple rounds of interviews is unacceptable, and it reflects poorly on the company's culture and values. I would advise potential applicants to be wary of their time when applying here.

First stage is an initial screening followed by.... not sure? They ghosted after the screening with no word. However, in the screening, they mention the following step would be an in-person interview with the hiring manager. Supposedly, it was a straight-forward process.
