I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Wallace Academic Editing (Taipei)
Interview
A multiple choice language test, then an editing test. The editing test is really rough English. Then an interview where the interviewer talks about stuff you got wrong/could have done better in the test. Then, another editing test of similar level English. I got an offer after this.

Question 1
Do you think you can edit a lot of words in a day?
I took an online test (mostly about linguistic understanding and nuances in English writing) before going into the office for another test (traditional Chinese to English). I was told beforehand that I didn't need to finish the test all and just did what I can within the given time. Then I had a talk with the department manager and the HR, who were perfectly polite and nice. The interview experience was great.

Phases I (grammar test) and II (editing test) were okay, but it took a bit long to review my tests. The first two phases of tests were not very difficult. One just has to be meticulous.
