3 step process but met with different people at each interview. From interview to hiring it took approximately three weeks. After skills, they look for compatibility within the office. People here are very friendly and get along with one another, much like a big family.

I have been working here a while and don't remember specific questions. The end goal for them was to find a qualified candidate that would grow with the company instead of jumping ship for the next new thing.

Interview
Interview made possible by current employee reference. Met once with President and an employee in a similar role in their conference room. Very pleasant and friendly atmosphere. Approachable interviewers willing to answer all questions and honestly interested in the applicant's abilities and hobbies. A short phone interview might have preceding the meeting at the office location, however, it was not memorable or difficult.
