Very chill process. 1st couple interviews were over the phone then the 3rd was in person. The whole process was completed in a matter of 2 weeks. Once an offer was made, the background check and drug test are scheduled.

Question 1
What was the thing you liked most about your last job?
I applied online. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at WallyPark (Newark, NJ) in Nov 2014
Interview
very easy interview not hard at all. Basic questions from any other interview is asked.
usually the general manager will be holding the interview, otherwise the assistant general manager will give the interview. The interview is not that long, from what I experienced its about 15-20 minutes, goes by really quick.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at WallyPark (Los Angeles, CA) in July 2015
Interview
The process as a whole was an embarrassing representation of the company as there was no clear lines of communication and was disorganized. I had to constantly follow up with the HR representative in seeing when an interview was going to be scheduled. It kept getting delayed due to "scheduling conflicts." Finally when the interview came, I was interviewed by another general manager at a nearby facility that I had applied for. The GM thought that I was interviewing for one of his valet positions and was unaware that I was interviewing a GM position. The GM had to call the corporate office to get clarification and even then, the HR rep now said that I was interviewing for an assistant GM position instead of a GM position and told the interviewer to see if I would be a good fit for the company!!! The interviewer was very professional but was uniformed about everything. It was has been about three weeks now since the interview, I still haven't heard a word from the company.
