Interview
I was contacted because the hiring manager found my resume and wanted to interview me. After the initial recruiter interview, I received an invitation to schedule a second-round interview. However, shortly afterward, I was asked to reschedule, and then the interview was canceled altogether.
I was informed that the hiring manager had put the process on hold, but a few days later I was told they would not be moving forward with my application. The process started off transparently but then ended abruptly with little explanation. Overall, it felt like there was a lack of alignment and communication among the hiring team, which made for a disappointing candidate experience.

Interview
The process was relatively smooth. First, HR Call to briefly understand if your resume and experience is relevant to the role. Second, the Hiring Manager Round. Third, was an in person interview with a case study to assess your industry knowledge and skillsets. All in all, it was a smooth process.
