Lengthy applied in October did the online test heard back in February, had teams intervuew which was really good then was invited down for final interview and completed some tasks

Interview
A video interview over zoom, they asked us 5 questions. I got two tries per question to record myself and I had a maximum of two minutes to explain my answer. You also get 30 seconds per question to prepare. There is nobody actually asking you the questions, it is automated and then presumably examined later.
