One on-site interview. No phone interview. Only one interviewer, a Sr. QA Tester. The interviewer seemed intimidated by my experience and only asked very cursory, high level questions. The interviewer overpraised the company and answered specific questions I had, like advancement opportunities, in a way that misrepresented the truth.
