it was quick for me. i applied online then a few days later i completed a personality web based interview. after the online interview, i got moved to the next round for a phone interview. four days later i got the offer.

The interview was multiple online surveys and then if you passed you did a 30-minute phone call. The phone call was the generic interview questions, also asking if you would be willing to be a life guard as they have to do more certifications then the other cast members.

Easy as long as you prepare, you will be fine. There are a lot of guides online that basically tell you what they're going to say. Overall, I would make sure to just say their name at the end of the interview as well. Ex: Thanks so much ____! This shows you actually listened :)

We had a Disney representative at the university explaining the process, requirements needed to obtain visa and program fees.
