I applied online. I interviewed at Walt Disney Company (Anaheim, CA) in July 2016
Interview
Fairly simple, first there was an online assement sent to you, then was called for an in person interview. During the interview they asked some standard and non standard interview questions.

Question 1
Can you describe a time in your work experience where you turned a negative situation into a positive one?
I applied through university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Walt Disney Company (Orlando, FL) in Mar 2020
Interview
It is truly an experience from the entrance to the casting center with its spiraling ramp leading you up to the receptionist while taking in the beautiful murals the attention to detail in the furniture and all the items placed to carry the Disney experience. Then you are escorted to a theater to learn more about the culture at Disney and how it relates to you as a cast member. Once the interview happens you are more excited than nervous and recruiters are so knowledgeable and professional which puts you at ease. It's an amazing feeling to hear the words "Welcome to the team" and walk out with your info packet and orientation info. Best interview experience I've ever had.
