Interview
Know about Disney, it's culture, history, philosophy, and movies. All this is available on line. Watch the movies, learn the characters. Understand that customer service is job 1. You really have to spend a lot of your time at work getting to know the customer and their needs. So be prepared to give examples of how you went "above and beyond for customers" in your previous positions. The interview process usually consists of a phone interview first than a face to face if selected. The phone interview is pretty standard, simple question and answer. The face to face is more tricky. Remember you are being watched by all the other employees in the store and they will get asked their impressions of you. Talk to a couple of them if you have the chance. Keep it light, not about the position or the company. Talk about the latest movie or an upcoming movie. It shows an interest in Disney with out sounding like your fishing for the job. During the interview be yourself. If you're quirky be quirky, talkative keep talking.

Interview
This was a group interview for the store in London. We were put into small groups, I was lucky that everyone in the group was very friendly. So we were able to bounce off each other. It wasn't an overly competitive environment.

I had a phone screen now I’m going into the Disney store for interview not sure if it’s going to be a group or 1 to 1 but I’m pleased to have passed the screen
