I was hired on as a seasonal cast member. The interview was pretty standard. Nothing really special about it. I came in asked to see the hiring manager. She came out to greet me and we went backstage for the interview. We honestly just chatted like friends while she asked the basic interview questions like: tell me about yourself, why do you want to work at the Disney store, etc.
Easy! Everyone was so friendly. Applied online and was called for an in person interview within the week. Appreciated that it felt like they weren’t wasting my time by dragging on the provess

Interview
This was a group interview for the store in London. We were put into small groups, I was lucky that everyone in the group was very friendly. So we were able to bounce off each other. It wasn't an overly competitive environment.

There were Disney items behind us, we had to pick one and try to sell it.

Who is your favourite Disney character?
Name a time where you worked with income targets.
I had a phone screen now I’m going into the Disney store for interview not sure if it’s going to be a group or 1 to 1 but I’m pleased to have passed the screen
