It was a group of four of us. We were split into partners, then we had to talk to eachother about our names, our favorite disney character and why we want to work at the disney store. Then, we introduced our partner. After, we each read two pages from a book. Lastly, we were each given a scenario in which we had to take control of. For example, mine was "A mother walks into the store with her 5 year old daughter dressed as a princess". From there, you take it into your own hands, Act out what you would do in the situation to make the guest's experience magical. If you want to land the job, be super friendly and don't be afraid to come out your shell. They really do love that.
