WBI, phone interview and 1on1 interview, really concentrates on applicant having leader qualities and will require to get the CDL learner's permit before being offered a position. Driving experience is not required but will have to had your license for at least 7 years without any major violations, The pay starts out nicely.

How would you handle an emergency on your bus and communicate effectively to a guest that do not speak English?
Florida Law requires kids to not ride in strollers while riding on the bus, how would you handle a situation when it is late at night and a mom come with a double stroller and her kids are asleep and need to ride the bus, what would you do?

The interview was as expected. The interviewer was friendly and fair focusing on safety first. The interview was conducted online, like most are apparently these days. I would have preferred in person, but positive overall.

It was easy and the questions were relative. I had previous driving experience there fore there wasn't much difficulty for me for a previously expericend driver. FYI For some reason there is a word minimum here...

Very easy process, interview over the phone and got hired on the spot. DOT is taking longer than normal for background checks so they told me about 2-4 weeks to start working.
