I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Walt Disney Company (Burbank, CA) in June 2014
Interview
Disney's interview process was the most thorough I've been through. Its about a day process that consists of 5 interviews of 30 to 60 minutes with 1-3 people in each interview that ask a variety of questions that usually relate to their respective department as well as personality related questions to make sure you would be a good fit in the department. If at any point along the way one person says no then the applicant does not get an offer.

Let's call this action toggling a locker. Continue toggling every nth locker on pass number n. After 100 passes, where you toggle only locker #100, how many lockers are open?
