Interview
Very cheery and energetic. The caller is usually very entertaining, asking you very basic job questions with some detailing some of the roles you may be placed in. Make sure to be yourself and be as enthusiastic as you can be as that is what demonstrates a good cast member.

Has there been a time where you were in a sticky situation? If so, how did you resolve it and what were the outcomes of it?
Web based interview almost immediately after submitting the application followed by an invitation to schedule a phone interview with a recruiter a couple of weeks after submitting the initial application.
