Three rounds of interviews that are spread out, even months at a time. 1st: Phone screening 2nd: Spoke with two managers 3rd: Spoke with VP The interview process was very long. I'd hear a response a week or so after letting me know if I made it to the next round. There were literally last minute cancellations. I'd be ready to interview, only to receive a cancellation notice 30 MINUTES before the scheduled interview. For a company like Disney, I expected better. Last minute cancellations seemed unprofessional, especially when I took time out of my day and waited a month or so for the next round in interviews.
